Hello,

My name is Ms. Julia Davis. It is my pleasure to welcome your child to my virtual classroom. I am so proud to be part of the 8th-grade team at Toby Farms Intermediate School! I will be teaching Reading, Writing, and Math. I will also be collaborating with general education teachers.

Teaching has always been my passion. I love instilling a love of learning in my students so they become life-long learners. I really enjoy seeing the smile and the sense of pride a student feels when he or she accomplishes a difficult task or learns a new skill. I am looking forward to working with you to make this a successful and amazing school year for your child. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Greetings and welcome to my web page, I hope this message reaches you in good health.

Let me share a little about myself. I am a Chester native who has been with the Chester Upland School District family for 22+ years. I have had a hand full of positions/roles in my CUSD career starting from 1998 when I started my career as a CUSD school bus driver. However, my passion for teaching empowered me to further my education starting with Delaware County Community College where I obtained my Associate Degree, moving on to Cheyney University of Pennsylvania for a dual Bachelor’s degree. Still wanting more education, I attended Holy Family University to obtain my Master’s Degree.
