DISTRICT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Families planning on registering their students for PRE-K, AND ANY OTHER GRADE FOR THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR at CUSA, should gather important documents such as :
- birth certificates,
- immunization records, physicals and dental exams,
- (3) proofs of residency, along with ID
- custody paperwork,
- (3) recent paystubs (for pre-K only)
- other relevant documents (if applicable).
Having these documents prepared will expedite the process for you. Please email documentation along with the registration packet and/or application to:
