Greetings... Mr. Snipes teaches Special Education Emotional Support at Chester Upland of the Arts. He has been working for the Chester Upland School District since 2012. Mr. Snipes holds an undergraduate degree from Immaculata University as well as a graduate degree from Neumann University. He is certified in regular education prek-4 and special education k-8.
