  • I am an experienced physical therapist clinician, professor, researcher, author, and consultant. I joined CUSD in 2019, returning to Delco after nearly eight-years in San Diego. I am the author of a definitive textbook; Physical Rehabilitation's Role in Disability Management, 2005, Phila: Elsevier, in addition to scores of journal articles and book chapters. I have also served as an Adjunct Professor of Physical Therapy at three area universities: Widener, Arcadia, and Hahnemann, where I taught Masters and Doctoral-level students. I established the nation's first Physical Therapy Peer Review company, provided over 300 professional presentations nationwide, and served as the Vice-Chair/Trustee of the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research. I received the National Service Award from the American Physical Therapy Association and I served as faculty for several APTA educational programs. I received my physical therapy education at the University of Pennsylvania and my B.S. in Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition to my service as a physical therapist, I was a PA certified teacher K-12. I have four children and eight grandchildren. I am also a former wrestling coach at Penncrest H.S., Media Little League coach, and was the first head coach of the Media Youth Lions wrestling club.
