My education philosophy is deeply rooted in Progressivism and Essentialism. The essence of education is knowledge and skills that the learner accumulates and retains on a daily basis. Education should provide for the needs of the individual, it should be consumed with a thirst and passion for learning. The educational environment should adjust to learner, curriculum and real-world situations. We have more access to information and opportunities than ever before and we need to ensure there is equity for everyone.
