Hello Main Street Students, Parents, and Guardians,

I hope you and your families are doing well during this pandemic. The Main Street Elementary School is committed to continuing education remotely. We will be using google classrooms as our virtual learning platform. In google classroom you will find announcements, assignments, and additional education resources. We will also be using Zoom as our virtual meeting room. Access to the zoom room can be obtained by clicking on my zoom link to the right. I will be available in my zoom room during my office hours Monday-Friday from 1:15pm - 3:00pm. 

On the left margin of my web page there is the heading ELA Learning Plan. The Learning Plan consist of a weekly assignment for ELA, Math, and a Choice Board. By clicking on those links you will find the assignments for the week. Students may work at their own pace to complete their weekly assignments as long as they are completed before the next week's assignments are posted. The Choice Board consists of 30 activities. Students are to select one activity per day until all thirty activities are completed after which, a new board will be posted. There is also a document with instructions on how to access Google Classroom.

The children are our future, it takes a village and I'm glad to have a part. I miss being in class teaching my 5th grade students, but education don't stop. Remote Learning.
