Welcome to Mr. Taylor's Zoom Room. Mr. Taylor is a Climate Manager and the men's Head Basketball Coach at the "Legendary Chester High School." Mr. Taylor has been a staple in the Chester Upland School District and Community. Mr. Taylor is also a 1987 graduate of Chester High School and a member of its sports Hall of Fame.
The role of the Climate Manager is to develop and implement a comprehensive school-wide strategy to promote school climate and to address social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to learning.
