Mrs. Norward is presently serving as the 10th grade school counselor, SAT supervisor, and school assessment coordinator. She has been with the Chester Upland School District since the 2015-2016 school year. For the past eleven years, Mrs. Norward has been a school counselor, dean of students, and a family therapist. Mrs. Norward is available for academic counseling, emotional support, and transcript audits.

Mrs. Norward's office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by appointment. Once Mrs. Norward receives an email, she will contact you for a Zoom meeting.
